Important ...Usernames and passwords info

Hello and welcome to our Ulster Clans website

USERNAMES - If you are thinking of joining our wonderful website which is totally free please use a USERNAME that we will recognise otherwise we will not recognise it other than a spammer wanting to join. It will also be very case sensitive so please remember any capitals , gaps, numbers etc that you choose to use . We have scores of spammers every day wanting to join and it's time consuming so we delete them at a cursory glance. So please again use a username or your given names to join us that we recognise as sensible names thank you.

PASSWORDS - Please use passwords you will remember. They again are very case sensitive so if using capitals, gaps, numbers etc please write it down and write it exactly as it is for use again. Same with your username. It saves admin a lot of time as we are dealing with this growing problem every day and it's taking us away from researching.

Personally we suggest using the simplest usernames and passwords that you will remember.

Our Family Tree section which is huge is not on show until you actually join us. So we hope you enjoy our site packed with Family Trees, Irish and Scottish history and much much more!

Stick to something simple and you should have no problem joining

please use a USERNAME that we will recognise

Applications with proposed usernames like cialisonline or aaaastaxyyz will be deleted right away.
With seemingly proper names we will look into IP and email and if there's something fishy about them we will delete the application.

So please folks, if you think you have good reason to apply with "strange" usernames or emails please let admins know beforehand, if we know it's you we don't have any problems with a name like pattyMN or an email like steeeex@mail.pl.
And if you're working via proxy please be sure your emulated IP corresponds to a proper country, applications from China, Russia, Ukraine etc will be deleted even if name and email seem sensible.
