Has anyone ever been down to the land registry office in Henrietta st Dublin to find out about the deeds on a property in the north before 1922 and was it helpful, I am looking to find out about a house in Co Down. Thanks john.

No John I never have. I must ask that question on our fb ulster clans group unless you want to?

Thank you Tricia for your reply, I did try and phone them one time before but had no luck it seems to be that they have differant codes for parts Dublin, and also thank you Maura for the link on face book ulster clans.

John..Rian one of our members mite possibly know.. He is Canadian but he was going same route as you I think

Tricia thank you again for your reply, maybe if Rain reads this post he will be kind enough to let me know how he got on. i tried to ring them before but a friend of mine told me that Dublin has a lot of area codes but I will try again.
