I would be grateful if someone could advise me as to where I might find a record of the address of James McLaughlin, the beneficiary of this will.

Probate of the Will of Unity Gibson late of Binnelly County Tyrone Spinster who died 25 January 1909 granted at Londonderry to James McLaughlin Shop Assistant.
Title: Date of death: 25 January 1909
Surname: Gibson Date of grant: 3 March 1909
Forename: Unity
Registry: Londonderry Effects: Effects: 441 10s 6p

His family lived in Limavady and in 1882 he was a witness at his sister Sarah's wedding there, as was Unity Gibson who appears to have been the house-keeper at the parochial house. On the marriage certificate his address is given as Eccles, Lancashire. I don’t know if he ever returned to Ireland. From his siblings death certificates they were born in the 1840’s.There is a story to be found here, but I doubt if it ever will. Why after 27 years of a brief meeting at his sister’s wedding would Unity Gibson leave such a large sum of money, for that time, to James?
There must have been a record of James’s address for him to receive the money and I am hoping that someone knows where it might be.

This is his sister Sarah's wedding registration from Roots Ireland:
